Our six modules cover the key issues affecting most workforces today, assembled in conjunction with a number of market leading companies.

Both the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and Investors in People (IiP) recognize that the well-being of employees is essential to ensure a productive and motivated workforce. A healthy employee, both in mind and body, is less likely to go off sick which has a measurable effect on your bottom line. Not only does an employer have a duty of care to ensure the well-being of its staff, Investors in People in conjunction with the Department of Health, aims to develop a business improvement tool through addressing the health and wellbeing of employees.

The Investors in People Standard already provides the foundation for emotional and psychological wellbeing at work within its current criteria - including for example its requirements for employees to be involved in decision-making and for them to receive constructive feedback. The development of the new Health & Wellbeing at Work framework is therefore seen as a natural extension to the Investors in People Standard.

Our aim with Health & Wellbeing at Work is to establish whether additional health and wellbeing criteria can be added into the Standard and Profile when these are next reviewed. Effective people management and providing Health and Wellbeing support mechanisms for your people are the key components of the framework as they enable your workforce and your company face any challenges. The Health and Wellbeing framework promotes the need to go beyond legal requirements to manage and address risks to health, in making these small changes you will be able to notice a big difference in people’s health.

Ours is a flexible approach. Not all companies are the same, therefore we can tailor a programme to suit, whether it’s a single service or a complete well-being project. We can offer your employees products and services that will make a real difference - delivered through a variety of mechanisms – including direct food and drink provision, a wide range of healthy vending solutions, our unique well-being portal and extensive catalogue. In addition, our team of consultants can provide a range of tried-and-tested consultancy solutions.
